Difficult Behaviors in the Workplace

Description:

This content provides examples of difficult behaviors in the workplace and identifies successful strategies for dealing with people exhibiting those behaviors.

Objectives:

IDENTIFY behaviors in the workplace that are difficult.

IDENTIFY actions when dealing with difficult people and strategies of each action.

A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
