Description:

This content will discuss what makes verbal communication unique and how technology can play a part in the information transfer. It will also address the advantages and disadvantages of verbal communication.

Objectives:

IDENTIFY characteristics of verbal communication, including modern technology applications.

IDENTIFY the advantages and disadvantages of verbal communication.
