Objectives:

RECALL standard hiring practices.

IDENTIFY ways to retain employees.

RECALL guidelines for employee training and evaluation.

A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
