Description:

This content will define workplace harassment (other than sexual harassment). Various types of harassment found in workplaces in the U.S. and around the world will be discussed. Conduct of the harasser and their targets will be discussed. This content will also identify actions employers and employees should take in response to harassment in the work environment.

Objectives:

RECALL the definition of workplace harassment and types of harassment.

IDENTIFY conduct that could be considered harassing.

IDENTIFY actions of an employer and an individual if harassment occurs at work.

A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
