This content will cover the basics of making decisions. It will also introduce common steps involved in the decision-making process.

IDENTIFY basic terms and characteristics associated with decision making.

IDENTIFY the most common steps in a systematic approach to decision making.

A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
