Critical Thinking Basics

Description:

This content will cover the basics of critical thinking by discussing a brief history, key terms, and describe the attributes of a critical thinker versus a non-critical thinker. It will also discuss the role critical thinking plays during problem solving and strategies to use.

Objectives:

RECALL the origins and key terms associated with critical thinking.

IDENTIFY characteristics of a critical thinker.

IDENTIFY the role of critical thinking and strategies to use during problem solving.

A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
