This lesson familiarizes students with the definitions of conflict, conflict resolution and conflict management; and identifies the origins of conflict and the basic beliefs about conflict and conflict management. It also discusses the strategies and steps for conflict resolution and identifies conflict management styles.

RECALL the definitions of conflict, conflict resolution, and conflict management.

IDENTIFY the origins of conflict.

IDENTIFY basic beliefs about conflict and conflict management.

IDENTIFY strategies used to resolve conflict.

RECALL steps used to effectively resolve conflict.

IDENTIFY conflict management styles and models.

A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
