IDENTIFY barriers to cross-cultural communication.

IDENTIFY the significance of and skills for improving cross-cultural communication.

A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
