This content identifies professional qualities and conduct that an individual will need in order to be successful on the job.

Objectives:

IDENTIFY and describe the qualities that characterize a professional individual.

IDENTIFY and give characteristics of conduct displayed by a professional individual.

A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
