Addressing Violent Situations

Description:

This content identifies workplace violence, identifies warning signs of violent people, identifies employees most at risk for workplace violence, and suggests how to prevent and address violence in the workplace.

Objectives:

IDENTIFY what workplace violence is and how it is categorized.

IDENTIFY common traits of violent people and common jobs that have increased risk of violence.

IDENTIFY actions of employees and employers to handle violent situations in the workplace.

A minimum score of 70 is required to pass a test or graded assignment. Successful completion of all content, test and/or written assignments, and surveys is required to earn CEUs.
